INTER-LINK

Co-organised by Inter-Link, Translation Workshop, and Enter-Link, the Trifecta Launch was successfully held on 25 April 2023! The event has a rich programme, including two drama performances by Inter-Link, “Translating Love” and “6 Angry Women”, the release of TransFeed Issue 5, and the launch of the new digital language service platform, Enter-Link. Inter-Link members spared no effort in performing two interesting plays, to introduce the responsibility and importance of interpreters in different situations, which received great enthusiasm from the audience. They were also responsible for providing Cantonese to English simultaneous interpreting services during the event. Another highlight goes to the debut of Enter-Link, a registered start-up with the participation of alumni, current students, as well as teaching staff of HKBU. It aims at providing learning and practical opportunities for both current and graduates of HKBU, and addressing community needs for various types of interpreting services. Community partners, guests from different units of HKBU, alumni and current students gathered at this event with joy and laughter. While enjoying refreshments, they also showed their support and best wishes to the three companies.
